1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between consumers and das kleine b.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order.

By completing the ordering process, you make a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded once we confirm your order by email.

3. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices include applicable value-added tax (VAT).

Shipping costs are shown separately during the checkout process.

4. Delivery

Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer.

Delivery time is typically approx. 3 weeks for smaller furniture items and approx. 6 weeks for larger furniture items. Different delivery times may apply depending on the product.

5. Payment

Payment is made via the payment methods offered during the checkout process (e.g. bank transfer in advance, PayPal, or Klarna).

Order processing begins after payment has been received or confirmed by the respective payment provider.

6. Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of das kleine b until full payment has been received.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.

The withdrawal period begins upon receipt of the goods.

To exercise this right, a clear statement via email is sufficient.

In the event of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.

The customer bears the direct cost of return shipping. If the return is made via freight forwarding, the actual freight costs will be charged to the customer.

8. Warranty and Material Information

Statutory warranty rights apply.

Furniture may show natural variations in colour, texture, and material, particularly in wood and other natural materials. These characteristics do not constitute a defect.

9. Transport Damage

If goods are delivered with visible transport damage, we kindly ask customers to report this immediately to the carrier and inform us.

Statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

10. Liability

We are fully liable in cases of intent and gross negligence as well as for injury to life, body, or health.

In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations and limited to foreseeable damages.

Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.

11. Final Provisions

Danish law shall apply.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
