Will my ordered gifts arrive on time for Christmas?
Delivery times before Christmas
Our vinyl racks and shelves are popular Christmas gifts – but they also need to arrive on time. We dispatch all orders received by 16 December by 20 December at the latest, so that they arrive in time for the festive season.
For large items of furniture – i.e. wardrobes, ladder shelves, high desks and desks – please contact us to check whether they can still be delivered on time. Otherwise, the delivery time remains 6 weeks.
And what if I decide differently?
Returns
Of course, you can also return the furniture you ordered. You just need to give us notice within 14 days and then send the furniture back. Please pack the items very carefully using the original packaging to ensure everything arrives back to us safely. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. Once everything has been returned to us, you will receive your payment back.
We hope you understand that we do not cover the return shipping costs. If you return something because it was damaged during transport, of course we will cover all costs.

You do great things, but I need something else
Custom Made
We build all our furniture by hand in our workshop, so we're happy to accommodate special requests. These might include different dimensions or wood types. They might also be completely different pieces of furniture. Perhaps you need a table or a bed. Use the contact form to tell us your request and your phone number, and we'll call you to discuss everything.
Which shelves do I actually need?

The configurator helps you design your own shelving unit. We've prepared a few compositions to serve as a basis for your ideas. Or you can start with a completely empty wall: Use the '+' button to add new shelves. You can delete them in the trash. We suggest a spacing of 50mm, so two narrow shelves will have the same width as one very wide shelf – but here, too, you're completely free to choose. Simply click the grid button to determine the spacing. Let's go!
And how do I assemble all of this?

We're happy to provide free screws and dowels with your furniture. Please select the type of wall you'd like to hang the furniture on.
All of our furniture is very easy to assemble. If you're still unsure, feel free to contact us. We can explain everything in detail, give you tips, and even offer assembly assistance.
