Withdrawal Instructions

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods. If several goods ordered in a single order are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of the last item.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not obligatory.

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online using the form below. If you use this online function, we will promptly send you an acknowledgement of receipt by email, including details of the content of your withdrawal declaration and the date and time it was received.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs. This excludes any supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

Returning the goods

You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract, to the following address:

Returns sent by freight carrier must be sent exclusively to our address in Padborg.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

Return costs

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

For goods which, by their nature, cannot normally be returned by post, the direct return costs are estimated as follows:

--> From Germany and Denmark: approximately €150.
--> From other European Union member states: approximately €250.

The actual direct return costs incurred will be charged.

Diminished value

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
