The ladder shelf brecht leans casually against the wall and offers space for books, vases, records, knick-knacks and much more. An uncomplicated, lightweight piece of furniture with an unusual design: the shelf only leans against the wall with the shelf boxes, while the ladder floats freely. The result is a solid, firm stand - and yet an airy appearance.
The ladder has an angle of inclination of five degrees to the wall - but the rungs and fitted boxes are inserted horizontally. The spacing between the rungs is designed to store paperbacks, hardback novels and illustrated books. The shelf boxes are available in three different sizes, arranged in three different ways.
The brecht ladder shelf looks good as a stand-alone piece. As narrow as the shelf is, it also fits into small rooms. If there is enough space, it can be used in an ensemble to create a modern form of wall unit. As brecht only leans against the wall, its location is always completely flexible.
The ladder has the same angle of inclination of 5 degrees to the wall and the same profile thickness as the buckowski standing desk. This makes the two a perfect match.
